Under the Substance Abuse Response Guide (SARG), dedicated members of our community are working on the design and implementation of a Merchant Education and Certification Program in the City of Oakland Park, which includes compliance checks and recognition activities for vendors that are complying. T

This initiative is expected to expand into other municipalities. Other outcome-based strategies, being implemented regionally, included a Media Campaign and Alternative Activities for youth.
