United Way of Broward County’s initiative -MISSION UNITED is pleased to announce that it has teamed up with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association to honor Broward County Veterans this year on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11th. Participating restaurants and hotels will provide significant discounts to the Broward County Veterans that have served our country.
Special discounts and freebies will be offered to veterans and active military members. Discounts from local restaurants include free meals, percentages off on a check and even include discounts for family members (please contact each restaurant to confirm if they are offering discounts for family members). Discounts from local hotels include rates starting as low as $59 per night based on room availability and 50% off at certain participating hotels. Interested Veterans and Military should contact each participating hotel and/or restaurant for full details.
