Volunteer Opportunities
Young Leaders know the importance of giving back to the community, contributing not only their money, but also their time. That's why we offer several volunteer opportunities a year to enable Young Leaders to see first-hand the needs in Broward County and work on projects that benefit the United Way of Broward County programs.
Previous volunteer opportunities have included:
- Young Leaders Team for the Island City 5K Run/Walk to benefit Pace Center for Girls
- Canned food drive to benefit Cooperative Feeding
- Car wash for Broward Partnership for the Homeless
- School supply drive to benefit SOS Children's Village
- Field Day at SOS Children's Village
- Toiletry drive to benefit United Way partner agencies
- Postal Workers Food Drive
