Backpack Distribution for Veteran Families

United Way of Broward County’s MISSION UNITED is distributing backpacks to Veteran families with school-aged children attending Broward County schools this coming year.

This event is open to Veterans, Active Military, Active National Guard, and Active Reserve Members who are Broward County residents with a valid ID showing proof of service.

Backpacks will be placed in the trunk of your car in a drive-thru setup.

You MUST present proof of Veteran or military status to pick up your backpack. No exceptions. First come, first serve.
