Speakers:

Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren, presiding County Court Judge of the Misdemeanor Mental Health Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida. Adjunct Professor at NSU’s Department of Psychology and Neuroscience.

Garry Smyth, Chief Operating Officer at Fifth Street Counseling Center. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Behavioral Health Association, and also on the Board of Directors for  Fellowship Living Facilities. Active member of the Florida Association of Drug Court Professionals and the ChildNet Provider Advisory Board. Member of the Broward County Reentry Coalition, Community Solutions of Broward and the Broward County Community Response Team. 

Representative Michael Gottlieb, a practicing Criminal Defense lawyer and member of the Florida Legislature representing the State's 98th House district. Member of the Board of Directors of the Broward Behavioral Health Coalition, BBHC.
