Through this workshop, non-military mental health and social service professionals can understand the military ethos and how it contributes to stigmas and vulnerabilities in mental health care among military personnel and their families. They will further gain an understanding of the practitioner's responsibility in eradicating stigma and how it creates a barrier to care.
