About the Event

United Way of Broward County Commission on Behavioral Health & Drug Prevention in collaboration with Broward Behavioral Health Coalition invite you to join us for Rising Above Stigma - Connecting the dots and providing practical tools for behavioral health service providers working with the Hispanic Community. 

Stigma is a public health issue. It is a major cause of discrimination and exclusion and it contributes to the abuse of human rights. Let's open up the conversation regarding stigma about mental health and substance abuse in the Hispanic Community.
