United Way of Broward County can help find volunteer opportunities that fit your interests, skills and schedule.  Some volunteer opportunities include:

  • Determining United Way investments through the allocations committee
  • Volunteering at Day of Caring or many other community projects
  • Identifying new sponsors and corporate campaign partners on the development committee
  • Bringing in sponsors or assisting with event planning on the special events committee
  • Joining an affinity group – Tocqueville Society, Leadership, Envision United, Women’s Leadership Council, Young Leaders Society
  • Advocating for policy change on an important issue
  • Becoming a ReadingPal
