Bridges for Better Care

If you live or work in Broward, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, or Palm Beach County, please register for one of the available training dates below. Trainings are six weeks long, and you must be available for both the first session (Launch Day) and final session (Landing Day) listed for your selected cohort.

September 6, 2025 – November 11, 2025

Launch Day – September 30, 2025
9:30am to 12:00pm (remote virtual)
Landing Day – November 11, 2025
9:30am to 12:00pm (remote virtual)
(You must be available for live sessions on both Launch Day and Landing Day.)

Please note that registration is a two-step process: after selecting your cohort, you will be taken to the CME Tracker system to register as a user. Once registered, you must also enroll in the specific program. A confirmation email will be sent after your registration is complete. Please only register if you are able to attend both the Launch and Landing Days.
