It is our sincerest honor to present the 2018 Tocqueville Society Award to Carolyn Davis and Ned Black.  Their dedication and willingness to contribute their time, effort and resources to programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for so many in Broward County exemplifies what the Tocqueville Society Award is all about.

 

Carolyn Davis and Ned Black have truly made a tremedous impact to our county, they have been loyal contributors for over 19 years, they are past members of the Tocqueville Steering Committee and had the first interest to build an endowment with United Way. Carolyn has even joined United Way Worldwide's National Advisory Board for Endowment and Planned Giving. 

 

Thank you Carolyn Davis and Ned Black for all you do for Broward County.

 

The Tocqueville Society Award is given annually to the individual/couple who shows outstanding commitment to the community through volunteerism, leadership and exceptional financial support of United Way of Broward County and the Tocqueville Society.
