Florida voters will consider Amendment 3 during the November 2026 General Election. The proposed constitutional amendment addresses Florida’s homestead property tax exemption and the assessment cap for non-homestead properties, among other property tax provisions.
United Way Broward, in partnership with Tower Forum, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, The Broward Workshop, and the Community Foundation of Broward, invites you to an informative, nonpartisan virtual discussion designed to help attendees better understand the measure before Election Day.
The conversation will bring together perspectives on both sides of the issue while exploring the facts, available data, and potential impacts of Amendment 3 if approved by Florida voters.
