Good for the Heart – Summer Solstice Yoga and Sound Bath

Join NextGen United and be good to your heart while supporting and learning about the work at United Way of Broward County. Event includes one drink ticket, light bites and entry into a drawing.

Led by FitnessAtYourDoor, this 60-minute session combines 45 minutes of yoga with a concluding 15-minute sound bath. It starts with yoga poses that enhance flexibility, strength, and balance, creating a flow that progressively deepens relaxation and focuses the mind. As the yoga practice wraps up, participants transition into a peaceful sound bath experience.

During the final 15 minutes, attendees rest in a comfortable, reclined position while the space fills with the harmonious vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes. This auditory immersion deepens the relaxation achieved through yoga, promoting a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation.

This session is perfect for those looking to enrich their mindfulness practice and achieve a quick yet effective reset of their mental and physical state. Suited for all fitness levels.
