In the aftermath of a disaster, not knowing whether a loved one is safe can be incredibly difficult. The American Red Cross Restoring Family Links (RFL) program helps reconnect immediate family members who may have been separated when normal communication channels are disrupted.
If someone in your community is unable to reach a loved one in Venezuela, they can start an inquiry through the International Reconnecting Families Inquiry Form or by calling the American Red Cross national helpline at 844-782-9441. While responders in Venezuela are currently focused on urgent, life-saving work, inquiries submitted now will be shared and addressed as soon as local teams are able.
