Several years ago, Jennifer was in an accident and suffered a traumatic brain injury. This left her with all her memories prior to the accident, but is not unable to retain new ones.
Jennifer was once an office manager for a large company and then was unable to perform simple tasks. The fact that she has a degree in business and English became meaningless.
However, she still likes to write and recites poetry that she wrote before the accident. Since becoming homeless she has been sexually assaulted at gun point and physically attacked. She still has seizures and was hospitalized two days ago.
