HAVE QUESTIONS?

We are leaning into the hard work of anti-racism and we invite you to lean in with us on our roadmap to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT:

In 2011, Stanford’s Social Innovation department released groundbreaking work on the Collective Impact Model. Since then, United Ways across the network, including United Way of Broward County, implemented strategies to that would allow us to operate within this framework. Collective Impact requires broad cross sector coordination and this is even more so a requirement in addressing systemic racism.
